Feeling constantly on edge, mentally overloaded, or exhausted by your own thoughts?

Anxiety, Stress,

Anxiety, stress, or sleep problems don’t have to be your normal. If your mind feels constantly busy, work pressure is hard to switch off from, or sleep has become light, broken, or unreliable, your nervous system may be stuck in overdrive — not failing, just overloaded.

I help adults and professionals manage anxiety,  stress, and insomnia through online NLP therapy and Hypnotherapy. Based in Nottinghamshire, I work with clients across Nottingham and the UK, offering effective online therapy that fits around busy professional lives.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Your mind overthinks everything — conversations, decisions, the future.

  • You feel tense or on edge for no clear reason.

  • Work stress follows toy home, and switching off feels impossible.

  • You’re tired but wired — exhausted during the day, alert at night.

  • Sleep is light, broken, or takes hours to come.

  • You keep functioning, but it’s taking more effort than it should.

Many of my clients are capable, intelligent professionals or students who’ve tried to “push through” — until anxiety, stress, or insomnia starts affecting their performance, confidence, and quality of life.

If this resonates, you’re exactly where you need to be.

Why anxiety, stress, and insomnia often persist...

Insomia, Nottinhgam

Anxiety and sleep problems aren’t signs of weakness — they’re learned responses. Your mind and body have adapted to pressure, responsibility, and constant mental demand.

Over time:

  • The nervous system stays on high alert

  • Thoughts become repetitive and intrusive

  • The body forgets how to properly rest

Trying to fix this with logic alone rarely works — because these patterns are largely unconscious.

That’s where NLP and Hypnotherapy are particularly effective.

How NLP & Hypnotherapy can help

I work with the patterns beneath the problem, not just the symptoms. Using NLP (Neuro‑Linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy, we gently retrain how your mind responds to stress, pressure, and internal triggers.

Clients often experience:

  • A noticeable reduction in anxiety and mental noise

  • Greater emotional regulation under pressure

  • Improved focus and clarity at work

  • Easier, deeper sleep

  • A renewed sense of calm and control

This isn’t about analysing your past endlessly, nor about positive thinking. It’s about helping your nervous system learn that it’s safe to settle.

What working with me is like

Sessions are:

  • Professional and practical — focused on change, not labels

  • Calm and supportive — you stay in control at all times

  • Tailored to you — no generic techniques, scripts for hypnotherapy written only for you

Most sessions take place online, allowing you to work comfortably from home while still achieving deep and effective results.

You don’t need to know how hypnotherapy works — only that you’re open to change.

About my approach

I work primarily with adults and professionals who value discretion, efficiency, and meaningful results.

My background in NLP and Hypnotherapy allows me to combine structured techniques with a human, grounded approach — without clinical jargon, pressure, or exaggerated promises.

Where relevant, I am a Certified NLP Practitioner and a Certified Hypnotherapist, registered with GHR. Some private health insurance providers may cover hypnotherapy.

Is this right for you?

the right choice, match, change

This work is particularly effective if:

  • You want practical change, not just insight

  • You’re open to working with the subconscious mind

  • You value your mental health and sleep as much as your performance

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Many clients come simply because they’re tired of feeling constantly switched on.
